For facials I use Thai Skin Therapy products- this is a range which contains no artificial fragrance, no parabens, petrochemicals or detergents such as Sodium Lauryl Sulphate. These are truly luxurious products which are full of essential oils; the range allows me to tailor the facial to suit your skin type.

Mini Facial

A quick 'pick-me-up' treatment to refresh and revitalise the skin. Includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, mask, tone and moisturise. Allow 30 minutes.

Prescriptive Facial

An indulgent deep cleansing facial tailored to suit your skin's needs. A skin analysis is carried out before the treatment commences to ensure that the products used will have maximum benefit to your skin. Includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage, mask, tone and moisturise. Allow 1 hour.

Face, Back and Scalp Massage

Aromatic back massage with Prescription Facial

A deep tissue, sports-specific massage which identifies problematic areas and treats the areas which are of most concern. This is a thorough, investigative massage treatment. It is an excellent pre-event treatment to help prevent injury and also very benefical as a post-event treatment to help remove lactic acid from the body and ease those hard-working muscles. Regular sports massage can also help to maintain the health of the body and improve sporting performance. At the initial treatment, a thorough consultation is carried out.

Indian Head Massage

An Ayurvedic massage technique traditionally performed fully clothed in a seated position. The massage encompasses the arms, neck, shoulders, face and scalp with the use of specially blended aromatherapy oils. Also available on the couch. Allow 30 minutes for the appointment.

Sunless tanning with full body exfoliation
